Submissions are easily accomplished following two steps:
1) Download and fill in the abstract template (Abstract_Template_11itrs_2016), strictly adhering to the formatting. Name the abstract file “LastName_FirstInitial_11ITRS.doc“, referring to the first listed author on the abstract, regardless of who is presenting or corresponding author (e.g., Benedetti-Cecchi_L_11ITRS.doc);
2) Click to “Abstract submission” and fill the relative form.
DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS 28TH FEBRUARY 2016.
Notification regarding acceptance of abstracts will be sent to the presenting author by email. You will receive an email notifying the acceptance of the abstract either as an oral or a poster presentation. For any inquiry, please contact info@itrs11.org.
Oral presentations will be standard 15 minutes talk and 5 minutes for questions and change-over to next presenter. Poster presentations will be standard large-format posters, 120 cm high x 90 cm wide. Pins will be provided for attachment to poster boards.
We will endeavor to give everyone an opportunity to present their work in their preferred manner. However, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final decisions on assignment to sessions, types of presentations and to reject abstracts or presentations which are late, fall outside the scope of the meeting, do not follow the requested format, expected quality or ethos of the ITRS.
