Abstract submission: 28 February 2016 Extended to 31 March 2016 

Regular registration: 30 April 2016

Registration fees include:

• Ice-breaker (26th June)

• Morning and afternoon coffee-breaks
• E-copy of ITRS program and book of abstracts
• Entry into all scientific sessions

Rates

Early bird Registration (26 Oct 2015 – 31 Dec 2015):

Early-bird registration extended to 31 Jan 2016 (CLOSED).

• For cancellations received by 30th March 2016 we will refund 80% of the charge for registration
• For cancellations received from 1th April to 30th May 2016 we will refund 50% of the charge for registration
• For cancellations received on or after 01 June 2016 we will offer no refund on registration

Bank transfer details will be provided at the end of the registration procedure. Please note that any additional cost due to bank operations are under the responsibility of the delegate and should be considered in addition to the registration fees.
